KMG Gold Recycling. Customers regularly bring in gold nuggets they mined in the north west, or they found an old aspirin bottle full of gold in the basement left there from old Grandpa Joe.
Gold nuggets, or placer gold, made by Mother Nature, contrary to popular belief, are typically 75%-85% pure gold, with some silver, copper, and iron. Pure gold is made and refined by man, not Mother Nature.

These gold nuggets were shipped to us by a long time customer from Western Canada. He ships us around 500 grams every few months, which is about 16 troy ounces. At an average purity of 80% pure gold, he gets paid for about 12.8 troy ounces of pure gold. Thats more than $15,000. And we didn't have to mine it. Heck, we didn't even break a sweat...
